10 minute warm up with bar

Snatch Grip Sots Press (10 minutes):

Work up in sets of 5 to a smooth heavy set

Snatch High Pull + Snatch + Snatch Balance (30 minutes):

Work up to 70% (max snatch) x 15 sets

*if you have time remaining go up for a couple sets just to feel the weight

Core (10 minutes):

Strict HLR’s 2 x 10 reps

Weighted Back Extensions 2 x 15 reps
