30/25 Cal Bike

20 Burpee Box Jump overs (20″)

10/8 Dball over shoulder (100/80)
Teammate 1 starts on bike while teamates wait, then once teammate 1 moves on to box teamate 2 begins on bike and continue in that fashion

2: Metcon (No Measure)

Body Armor:


20 Dumbbell Rows (10 ea. side)

20 GHD or Abmat Sit-ups

20 Glute Bridges

200m KB Carry (switching bw farmers and frnot rack every 50m)
