Today you can choose between option A or B or a little of both:

A) Strength

Teams of 4-5:

5:00 at each station:

•Prowler Push 100ft (140/50)*loaded on prowler

•Farmer Carry (140/50)*loaded on handles, down and back length of gym is 1 rep

•Calorie Ski Erg

•Yoke Carry (50ft)*end of garage door to side door

*start empty and load slowly each turn

B) Endurance

Bike 60 sec on 60 sec off x 16
Strongman style movements are an opportunity for athletes to vary our training and prepare for things in everyday life. Very rarely will be presented a symmetrical object like a barbell to pick up off the ground or press overhead in the real world. These objects tend to me more asymmetrical and awkward.
