1: Metcon (Distance)

Endurance Training

2 sets:

Bike or Run (Athlete’s choice)

6x (30sec at easy pace, 30sec at moderate pace, 30sec at fast pace, 30sec walk (or backwards spin)

Rest: No rest b/t reps & 3min rest b/t sets.

Workout details:

Workout Details: Run (or bike) for 30sec at easy pace, run (or bike) 30sec moderate pace, run (or bike) 30sec fast, walk (or backwards spin) for 30sec, repeat for a total of 6 rounds, rest 3min, repeat..
*Larger classes will have some do core work before bike…let’s try to avoid using rowers if possible

2: Metcon (No Measure)

Core/ Midline:

5 sets of:

10 Hollowrocks

10 V-ups

10 Tuck-ins

10 side plank with elbow touch

Rest as needed
