“It’s a progression. It doesn’t happen overnight. It doesn’t happen without consistency, practice or proper diet. But, if you want it bad enough, YOU will make it happen…see you tomorrow, in the gym”
Over the past five years of coaching, I’ve had the opportunity to develop specialized programming and progression training for CrossFit Gymnastics, as well as host clinics from handstand walks to double unders to Fitness Boot Camps.
Developing athletes, teaching athletes new skills and coaching people to become fit is my passion. I enjoy it! Fitness is a very important part of my life and I want others to love the process as well. It clears my head, keeps me mobile and most of all, I feel great! BUT, it takes sacrifice, dedication and hard work. I set fitness goals and work towards them every day.
When it comes to workouts, I enjoy gymnastics and body weight movements: double unders, muscle ups, push ups, pull ups, handstand walks, etc. I push myself to be efficient with my body (it’s the only one I have). I also enjoy Olympic Lifting and have even competed in a few competitions and Masters events. Last year I ran the NYC Half Marathon, discovering a whole different side of endurance training and proper running technique.
I have been a CrossFit athlete for six years. I train 6 days a week, coach, help maintain my family along with my best friend/wife and hold a career as the VP of Digital Services for a financial institution. No matter how busy life gets, I always find time to keep myself healthy for me AND my family.
