Warm-up/ Activity

Teams of 2:

Partner try’s to row exactly 100m.

For every meter over or under 100m, that athlete will do 2 Burpee Box Jumps, then tags of the Partner 2. Goal is get to 2k as fast as possible.

Metcon (AMRAP – Rounds and Reps)

20 min AMRAP:

5 Back Squats (225/155)

2 Rounds of “Cindy”

Cindy=5 pull-ups

10 push-ups

15 Air Squats

*Backsquats should be unbroken, modify accordingly*
