*Todays focus is to improve consistency with cycling (tap n go) moderately heavy loads when doing Power snatches. Make sure to adjust weight accordingly to hit 5 in a row without letting go of the bar. Today we will do a lot of movement prep specifically for both power and full squat snatches.*
