1: Warm-up (No Measure)

1 arm db snatch+ohs+sotts press+turkish get up+sotts press+stand. do both arms x 2 complete circuits

2: Snatch (5×3)

power snatch + snatch balance no dip+ snatch. 5 sets. 1+1+1

3: Clean and jerk (5×4)

power clean+front squat+clean+jerk: 1+1+1+1 x 5

4: Back Squat (5×2)

back squat: 5 sets x 2 reps…..use about 85%
