10 minutes warm up

Clean SPP’s (20 minutes):

Work up to 5RM

*if extra time drop back in weight and practice technique slowly up and down

Low Hang Clean (15 minutes):

All 15 minutes will be drilling technique and then going up in weight as technique is solidified
