10 minute minutes work up to 60%, 10 minute EMOM @60%

Snatch SPP’s (20 minutes):

5 minutes to work up to 100% snatch, 15 minute EMOM x 2 reps @100%

Core (10 minutes):

Make Strict hanging leg raises in 10 minutes
