9 Air Squats

3:00-6:00 perform 3 rounds of:

4 Pull-ups

8 Push-ups

12 Air Squats

6:00-9:00 perform 3 Rounds of:

5 Pull-ups

10 Push-ups

15 Air Squats

…..

Continue this format as long as possible until you cannot complete 3 rounds in 3min window. Adding 1 pullup, 2 pushups, 3 airsquats.

Extra Midline (Weight)

6 sets of:

35ft OH yolk carry (start empty and build 20lbs a time if possible)

*scale to 6x20sec OH hold
