Every 90 sec for 10 sets:

1 clean and jerk (Work up to a max for the day. No misses so if you are smoked, then hit a medium 80% for multiple reps)

2: DT (Time)

5 Rounds for time:

12 Deadlifts, 155# / 105#

9 Hang Power Cleans, 155# / 105#

6 Push Jerks, 155# / 105#
