The Following sequences are done as AMRAPS within the time frame. These are to help build strength and stability in basic movement patterns and gymnastics. Focus on form and rest as needed.

0:00-6:00

2 wall walks or 30 shoulder taps

3 Strict Pull-ups w/ 3 sec hold at top

6:00-12:00

:10 ring dip supports

10 Elevated Ring Row or reg

12:00-18:00

6 Strict TTB or hanging leg raises

6 inch worms

18:00-24:00

5-10 Strict Rong Dip

15 Abmat or GHD sit-up
