Metcon (AMRAP – Reps)

You as a class with guidance from coach will choose fill in movements you want! This is supposed to be something for you to have fun with, pick what you like or want! Here are some guidelines:

*barbell cannot exceed (115/75)

*1 barbell movement, 2 Gymnastics movements, 1 monostructural (bike, row, DU) Du must be 30-50 reps

*partners will rotate upon completion of designated reps
