Minutes 0-10:

Row for max calories, one partner working at a time

Minutes 10-13:

10 HSPU (Scale is hand release push-ups)

20 Air Squats

*Partners alternate movements (partner one does HSPU, partners two does squats, partner 3 does HSPU, etc.)

Minutes 13-23:

Bike For Max calories, one partner working at a time

Minutes 23-26:

10 Hand Release Push-ups

20 Overhead Plate Lunges (in place, you can jump these or step back/forward, whichever is fastest)

*Partners alternate movements

Minutes 26-36:

Ski for max calories, one partner working at a time

Minutes 36-45:

10 Burpees

200 Meter Run

*Partners alternate movements

*Score is max rounds completed, will have large number of total rounds gotta keep track

*10 calories = 1 round
