* Athletes will alternate movements on “DT”, ex. Athlete 1 does the DL then athlete 2 does the HPC then athlete 1 does the Jerks then athlete 2 does the DL and so on till 10 Rounds is completed.

* Modify weight on DT if needed, movements should be unbroken or really close
