CrossFit Danbury – Pullup Program

Metcon (No Measure)

Week 1:

Day 1:

1. Banded/Strict Pull-up Holds: 5 sets 20 seconds hold elbows at 90 degrees, focus on elbows directly under wrists/wide Grip/breath and relax

2. Box Push-ups: 4 sets 10 reps, focus on elbow in/core tight butt squeezed

3. Ring Rows: 5 sets of 5 reps with 2 second pause at top, focus on elbows in/hips locked knees locked/contract back muscles first then arms

4. Band Pull Aparts: 5 x 10 reps
