Today is the start of a program to help Improve pressing/ handstand Strength and pull-ups.

Strict Press:

60%x 10 reps

70%x 8 reps

75%x 6 reps

80%x 4 reps

Metcon (No Measure)

5 sets not for time:

10 (ea. arm) Single arm DB presses (AHAP)

30 sec Iso hold chin-up

5 Y-Raise w/ 5 second hold at top
*Y rasie can be done on incline bench or with crossover symettry bands

Conditioning (Time)

5 Rounds for time:

10 Burpees

50 Double unders
*Modify DU to 100 singles
