This is our intro program that will teach you all the basic fundamental movements and assess your strengths and weaknesses. Upon completion of Foundations you can move into any of our all levels group training classes.
All new members will begin with 5 personal training sessions in order to learn the basics of CrossFit and our CrossFit DanburyTraining program. We schedule these session at your convenience. An assessment is done upon completion to figure out which program would be best for you.
