On Ramp

This is our intro program that will teach you all the basic fundamental movements and assess your strengths and weaknesses. Upon completion of On Ramp you can move into any of our all levels group training classes. On Ramp is mandatory for all new members.

Personal Training

All new members will being with 4 personal training sessions in order to earn the basics of CrossFit Danbury and our Training program. We schedule these session at your convenience.
