This is our intro program that will teach you all the basic fundamental movements and assess your strengths and weaknesses. Upon completion of On Ramp you can move into any of our all levels group training classes. On Ramp is mandatory for all new members.
All new members will begin with 3 personal training sessions in order to learn the basics of CrossFit Danbury and our Training program. We schedule these session at your convenience. An assessment is done upon completion to figure out which program would be best for you.
