*Modify KB weight if needed

*Modify Push-ups to: Bench push-ups, knee push ups, hand release

Lift off prep (No Measure)

If you are doing lift off Saturday spend 15-20 doing empty barbell movement, OHS, Snatch, clean, press, jerk etc
