1. Side Laterals ( 40,30,20,10) Building in weigth soon

2A. Military Press 6×6 Across in weight

2B. Pinch Grip Upright Rows 6×10 ( 1:1:4:1) use a 25-45lb plate

3A. Overhead Tricep Ext ( 1:2:2:1)

3B. Banded Triceps EXT 4x 20 ( 2 second pause in extension ( Blue or Green Band)

4A. Spider Curls 4×10 ( 1:2:4:1)

4B. Hammer Curls 4×20
